Autumn invites us to release, soften, and let go. This masterclass is a nurturing journey through body, mind, and subtle energy, designed to clear what no longer serves you.

Guided by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will explore myofascial release, using tennis balls and props to gently open the connective tissues that hold tension, emotion, and memory. We will use yin yoga postures to support a deeper, subconscious release, helping your body and mind find space, ease, and flow.

In autumn, we work with the energetic pathways of the lungs and large intestine, the channels of discernment and release. When these energies are balanced, clarity rises, and a deeper sense of lightness emerges as old mental, emotional patterns are released. The respiratory and digestive systems are rebalanced, physical stiffness softens, emotional and mental stagnancy dissolves.
